Currently we are seeking an experienced full time
Executive Assistant
to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our executive team. The successful applicant shall provide a confidential secretarial and administrative support service to the Office of the Chief Executive, including the SMHS Board. The role supports the Executive team meetings, manages Executive and Board diary and appointments and functions, and supports the broader administrative functions of the Chief Executive's office. It is a dynamic role working with senior stakeholders in a supportive and flexible team environment.

This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent Full Time, Fixed Term Full Time and Fixed Term Part Time appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. There is one Permanent Full Time position available for immediate appointment.
Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill one permanent full time vacancy, suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur across the organisation. Appointments may be made from this pool until
31/12/2026.

Eligibility
To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia (for permanent appointments).
