Service Manager – Residential Aged Care Home, Albury
Employment Type: Permanent, full time
Hours: 76 hours per fortnight
Location: Mercy Place Albury
Responsibilities
* Lead a team valuing communication and continuous improvement, aligned with accreditation and aged care standards.
* Promote a culture of positivity and safety and deliver the Model of Care focused on residents' individual emotional and physical needs.
* Liaise with all stakeholders to provide best‐practice operational and clinical services, including allied health, hospitality, lifestyle and community activities.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in similar roles at large aged‐care homes of 100+ beds.
* Strong people‐management skills, staff leadership and development, succession planning and change‐management experience.
* Business acumen – budgets, efficient rostering, occupancy – and sound knowledge of AN‐ACC, accreditation and aged‐care standards.
* Demonstrated understanding of person‐centred care and teamwork.
* Excellent time‐management, organisational and communication skills, with adaptability and problem‐solving ability.
* Compassionate, flexible, positive approach and ability to nurture respectful relationships in a collaborative team environment.
* Evidence or in‐process obtaining of a current NDIS workers screening check.
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
