Service Delivery Expert
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Expert to lead our team of service professionals. As a Service Delivery Expert, you will be responsible for delivering warranty, service, spare parts, and solutions to our customers.
* Manage a team of service engineers and technicians to ensure timely delivery of services.
* Assist with capacity planning, performance management, and professional development of the service team.
* Ensure technical expertise in the section is developed/adjusted to meet future business requirements.
* Provide warranty services in Australia for former products.
* Manage service requirements for warranty, services & spare parts.
* Assist with quotation of spare parts, service, hotline, and small projects.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in engineering or an equivalent technical field.
* Technical experience in special purpose machinery design and build.
* Demonstrated SAP and basic project management experience is desirable.
* Capable of presenting sales awareness, production/service support experience is desirable.
* Desirable to have quality system and production process awareness.
* Good communication skills and ability to work well both in a team and independently.
* Must be customer-focused.
* Must have a valid Australian driving license.
* Proficient in MS Office suite.
