About the role
We are looking for a Branch Manager to join the growing Lake Cargelligo team on a permanent, full‐time basis. As an Elders Branch Manager, you will be entrusted to manage all aspects of branch operations and lead your team to achieve growth and exceed earning targets. Your strong leadership and people management skills will enable you to support and empower your sales team, helping them thrive within a well‐established and supportive network.
Responsibilities
* Inspiring and motivating your team to maximise their potential
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to provide personalised recommendations to strengthen the growth of their businesses
* Cultivating new sales opportunities to strengthen Elders presence
* Driving the marketing and promotion of all Elders products
* Prioritising the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contributing to Elders' zero‐harm culture
* Coaching and mentoring staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities
About you
* Have a proven track record in sales management with an understanding of agricultural services
* Have a strong knowledge of livestock and agency operations
* Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and agile working environment
* Are resourceful, forward‐thinking and passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community
* Understand that people are our most important asset
* Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients
* Although a tertiary qualification is not essential, sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen is required
Additional qualifications
This role could be suited for an existing Branch Manager, Merchandise Sales Manager or Territory Sales Manager.
