About The Role
Nestled in the Adelaide foothills, the Tower Hotel offers a relaxing watering hole in Magill with a bistro, beer garden, a kids cinema, and a well‑appointed gaming room. The Tower dates back to 1840 when it was first opened as the Woodforde Arms Inn. It underwent a major rebuild in 1910 to become the building we know and love today.
A Day In The Life Of a Gaming Manager
- Know the regulars by name and make them feel right at home
- Work closely with the Publican to keep the room running smoothly, safely, and within all the rules
- Share your gaming know‑how and help your team be the best in the biz
- Bring the good vibes, great service, and friendly smiles every shift
Inherent Requirements
- This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
About You
- You’ve been in the gaming room world for a while, as an attendant, supervisor, or manager
- You’ve learned from great managers and are ready to step up
- You’ve got the confidence, pride, and people skills to be the face of the gaming room
- You understand compliance and protected gaming inside out
- You’ve got a current RSA, RSG and Responsible Persons Badge as per state requirements
