Your Role
- Book patients in for preadmission appointments and manage schedules
- Prepare all patient charts and documentation ready for clinic
- Action any follow-up appointments as required
- Liaise closely with the Waitlist team to ensure timely patient care
About You
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a preadmissions or administrative role, who brings strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
You’ll have a friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude, and be available to work Monday to Friday during office hours.

To be eligible for employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia.
