Role Details
Diploma Educator
Tuesday and Thursday – 12:00pm to 2:00pm, 4 lunch cover hours per week.
What You'll Do
* Support the teaching team during lunch breaks to maintain a caring, safe environment for all children.
* Assist with daily routines, transitions, and supervision across indoor and outdoor play.
* Engage positively with children, helping create a sense of fun and security.
* Work collaboratively with educators and leaders to uphold the Y's standards of excellence and inclusion.
What You'll Bring
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward this qualification).
* Reliability, warmth, and a team-focused attitude.
* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
* A genuine love for children and a commitment to learning and professional growth.
