My client is a privately owned, Perth-based business delivering fixed plant asset management services to WA's mining sector. Mining or construction experience is considered essential. This role sits within an operational environment with site crews, shutdowns, workforce movement, payroll complexity and industrial relations challenges that are very different from a purely corporate HR setting. The role includes regular site travel across WA (approximately seven nights per month), strong executive support, and genuine ownership of the function.
