We're launching Skool, a calm online community platform, and we're looking for a Skool Community Manager to help us set it up and nurture it into a safe, welcoming space.
About the role
* Set up and organise our Skool community spaces
* Welcome new members and volunteers
* Post gentle prompts, updates, and reminders
* Help keep discussions respectful, inclusive, and on track
* Flag any concerns to the leadership team (you are not expected to handle crises)
This is a supportive, non-clinical role focused on connection, clarity, and community care.
This role is ideal for someone who:
* Has lived experience of disability, chronic illness, neurodivergence, or mental health (highly valued)
* Enjoys online community spaces and gentle moderation
* Is calm, empathetic, and organised
* Communicates clearly and respectfully
* Is comfortable using online platforms (training provided)
You do not need formal qualifications — we value lived experience and community skills.
