They are currently supporting the delivery of a landmark $1B+ healthcare redevelopment in North Queensland, a multi‑stage program that will transform clinical services, expand capacity, and contribute to a long‑term vision.
The Opportunity
* Lead major work packages across a large‑scale healthcare redevelopment
* Be involved early, influencing delivery strategy, design coordination, and stakeholder engagement
* Work within a highly collaborative environment across government, consultants, and contractors
* Long‑term project pipeline with strong visibility and impact
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience delivering large‑scale infrastructure or healthcare projects ($100M+)
* Strong stakeholder management across complex environments
* Background in client‑side, consultancy, or tier‑one contractor environments
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive outcomes across program phases
