Job Description
This role involves providing individualised, flexible and high-quality care to people in the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the provision of individualised care using a person-centred approach as per the client care plan.
* Provide independence services such as showering, medications, transport or respite care.
* Provide everyday living services such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping or meal preparation.
* Prompt and detailed reporting of client services.
* Recognising and reporting of client risk via our incident management system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Community Services is highly desired.
Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel.
Registered and insured vehicle.
Compassion, empathy and passion for helping others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Confidence in using technology.
