Day to Day Duties
Your daily work will vary depending on the needs of the team, our students and the wider organisation, keeping things fresh, exciting and rewarding.
Skills
* Ability to work with students with additional needs
* Ability to lead Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for vocational staff including new teachers to develop inclusive teaching practice
* Ability to effectively communicate in writing, verbally, and through active listening with a diverse group of colleagues, students and stakeholders
* Ability to use a range of Information Technology (IT)/Information Communication Technology (ICT) systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks through to completion within prescribed deadlines
* High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to provide a responsive and professional level of customer service at all times
Education
* English and maths GCSE grade C/4 or above
* Level 5 Special Educational Needs (SEN) Qualification
* Qualified Teacher (Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)/Certificate in Education (CertEd) or Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (DTLLS))
