Mudex is a privately owned and operated Australian drilling fluids company specializing in the manufacture and supply of high quality and environmentally friendly drilling fluid products for the HDD, Mining, Water Well and Civil construction industries.
The Opportunity
Due to expansion, we are seeking a full‐time experienced accounts all‐rounder to join our accounts department. Your role will involve managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, along with other ad‐hoc accounting duties as required. You will report directly to the CFO and work autonomously. You should be able to hit the ground running and be a team player, with a caring, friendly attitude and a good sense of humor.
About you
Minimum 5 years' experience in AP and AR.
Experience in balance sheet reconciliation.
Understanding of intercompany recharge and reconciliation.
Ability to prioritise tasks and switch/multi‐task as required.
Confidence with basic accounting principles and tasks, including AP/AR management and reconciliation.
Previous experience working with an enterprise‐level accounting package – MYOB Advanced and Xero preferred.
Current driver's licence and vehicle ownership.
Current National Police Clearance.
Reliable, punctual, well presented, well organized with exceptional time‐management skills and a can‐do attitude.
Minimum intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Eager to learn, adaptable, flexible, and able to think on your feet.
