We’re expanding our remote Diary Team and looking for passionate, people-oriented sales professionals who thrive on delivering exceptional experiences and achieving their goals.
About the Role:
As a Remote Diary Coordinator, you’ll speak with clients who’ve already expressed interest in a Verve Photography experience. Your role is to bring their vision to life by:
- Scheduling luxury photoshoots from warm leads (Outbound & Inbound Phone Sales).
- Creating excitement and connection over the phone.
- Helping clients prepare for their shoot and understand what makes Verve unique.
- Building genuine relationships that turn bookings into lifelong memories.
- Meeting and exceeding targets while maintaining a first-class client experience.
You’ll Be a Perfect Fit If You’re someone who:
- Has 2+ years sales experience (retail, phone, or face-to-face).
- Loves connecting with people and hearing their stories.
- Can influence and inspire through authentic communication.
- Are driven by numbers, bonuses, and competition.
- Thrives working remotely, managing your time and goals independently.
- Is resilient, patient, and eager to grow.
- Is comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus).
What You'll Need:
- An internet connection with speed of at least 50MBPS
- The authorisation to live & work in Australia
