We're now hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our Docklands team, stepping into a warm desk with active roles, repeat clients and a strong candidate network.
What you'll be doing
* Managing a busy Trades & Labour desk across construction and civil
* Filling high-volume roles with speed and quality
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Sourcing, screening and placing blue-collar candidates
* Managing site requirements, compliance and ongoing workforce needs
* Growing your desk through consistent delivery and business development

About you
* Experience in recruitment (Trades & Labour / industrial highly regarded) OR a strong background in sales
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

* Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly
* Organised, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities
* Team player with a strong work ethic
