Job Profile:
* This role is responsible for fostering customer relationships, overseeing order management, and ensuring exceptional service delivery on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-tier service and support to customers.
* Manage incoming orders, product inquiries, and customer accounts with professionalism and accuracy.
* Conduct outbound calls to promote weekly and daily product specials.
* Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to facilitate account management and product promotions.
* Promptly and effectively coordinate customer credits, returns, and complaints.
* Contribute to sales reporting, data analysis, and identifying new sales opportunities.
* Support marketing initiatives and promotions for independent retailers.
* Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless order and delivery processes.
