We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Senior Management Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team at our Perth Head Office in Beckenham.
This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple specialist business divisions within the Genovex Group, gaining broad operational and commercial exposure across industrial services, engineering, manufacturing, and technical service operations.
Role: Senior Management Accountant
As a Senior Management Accountant at Genovex, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, commercial analysis, budgeting, and strategic insights that support business performance and operational decision-making.
You will work closely with senior leadership and operational managers to improve financial visibility, drive efficiencies, and support continued business growth.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and analyse monthly management reports and financial statements in a timely and accurate manner
* Ensure revenue and cost allocations accurately reflect operational activities across all divisions
* Deliver financial modelling, KPI reporting, and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making
* Develop and manage annual budgets and roll forecasts, including operational and capital expenditure
* Assist in streamlining and improving financial systems, reporting processes, and business performance frameworks
* Prepare audit files and support half-year and full-year reporting requirements
* Partner with operational leaders to enhance commercial performance and accountability
* Manage and mentor the accounting team, providing leadership, guidance, and technical support to ensure high performance and professional development
* Demonstrated experience in leading and managing an accounting or finance team is essential
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function and broader business

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
* CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Microsoft Power BI highly desirable
* Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
