Responsibilities
* Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilizing sales promotions and referrals campaigns
* Generate and convert high‐quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
* Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
* Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
* Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
* Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
* Open and close the club as per the club roster
* Actively involve in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
* Make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey – recommending club‐based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
About you
* Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
* Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
* Problem‐solving skills and ability to overcome obstacles
* Outstanding communication abilities – able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
* Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
* Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
