Overview
A varied and challenging role where the successful applicant will manage the day‐to‐day activities, development and performance of the ICT Service Desk team.
Competitive annual salary commencing at $120,225 plus up to 14% superannuation, with additional benefits such as health and wellness programs, salary sacrifice and packaging options, a fortnightly RDO, and a nine‐day fortnight.

Responsibilities
* Coordinate ICT Service Support, ensuring incidents and requests are actioned and addressed satisfactorily.
* Manage the day‐to‐day activities, development and performance of the Service Desk team.
* Act as the Change Manager and manage the CAB.
* Oversee the change request process and the procurement, allocation and disposal of ICT devices.
* Measure performance of the ICT Service Desk team in a consistent, timely manner.
* Ensure tickets are managed appropriately, changes are registered, controlled and communicated, and SLAs are met.
* Act as a point of escalation for all operational support issues and concerns within the defined ICT service portfolio.
* Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, innovation and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
* Experience in a team leadership or relationship management role.
* Extensive experience with ITSM tools and methodologies (e.g. ITIL, SIAM).
* Customer Service experience.
* Comprehensive experience working with and troubleshooting end‐user workstation environments and Microsoft Office 365.
* Experience with Windows Server environments.
* Experience configuring devices using Apple iOS and Android mobile platforms.
* Experience managing Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and cloud services such as Microsoft Office 365 and Azure.
* Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, routing, DNS, VLAN) and the ability to troubleshoot a variety of networking issues.
* Experience with wireless systems including end‐user devices, access‐points and wireless controllers.
* ITIL Foundation V3 or V4.
* Queensland 'C' Class driver's licence that is current and maintained.
