Home Lending Specialist | Community Bank Beechworth | VIC
Our Home Lending Specialist (also known internally as a Customer Relationship Manager) is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience by working with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs. Whether guiding first home buyers or supporting seasoned investors, you will play an integral part of helping customers navigate the lending journey and driving growth.
Responsibilities
* Build a pipeline of lending leads and nurture these relationships using our CRM.
* Guide customers through the lending process, providing peace of mind and achieving their loan goals.
* Leverage credit analysis expertise and customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes and future financial success.
* Create strong, relationship‑centric connections with the community, branch and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes.
* Engage in lifelong learning and take advantage of on‑the‑job training and other learning opportunities.
* Build connections by supporting customers, giving back, and contributing to community initiatives.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in customer service or sales.
* High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations.
* Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and develop a holistic view of their situation.
* Highly developed credit analysis skills.
* Understanding of small business offerings.
* Consumer lending experience – essential.
