This role is based in a major Australian city, reporting to the Head of Pricing and Underwriting for Asia. The Corporate Actuarial team operates out of multiple locations and is expanding its global presence, with direct relevance to the business.
Working closely with local businesses and other Corporate Actuarial locations, you will drive the implementation of the reserving strategy for the Asia Pacific region, primarily for Travel, Health and Assistance lines of business. This includes setting reserves, assessing underwriting performance, supporting Solvency II actuarial functions and contributing to other actuarial and Finance projects.
This key role plays a crucial strategic part in ensuring financial stability and profitable growth.
