Job Title: Production Officer
At our company, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to customers, and meeting key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and enforce safety and environmental processes and protocols to meet performance outcomes
* Production of concrete using multiple systems and processes
* Allocating and assigning loads to drivers as well as coordination of Trucks arriving & departing site
* Stock management and coordination of deliveries
* Assisting contractors carrying out site maintenance
* Yard maintenance, Front-end loader operation, shovelling and manual handling of bagged products
* Administration on a variety of computer software applications (training is provided on these)
Requirements:
* Be a team player who is self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
* Willingness to go the extra mile, supporting a strong team culture
* Passionate about safety, with a strong work ethic, and results focused
* Effective communication skills and work under pressure
* Ability to physically perform all duties associated with the position
* Willigness to complete a pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screening
* Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle to travel to other plants in the Sydney region as required
