The Role: We seek a motivated and independent Customer Care Officer with RTO administrative experience to assist with the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day operations and training activities at our Carrum Downs facility. This role will primarily involve customer service, assisting students and trainers with administration, compliance requirements, and general office duties.
Your Main Duties Will Include:
* Ensuring trainers, classrooms and office are appropriately supported each day
* Meeting all compliance requirements for each course (e.g. collection and storage of student identification)
* Effective & efficient printing, scanning and storage of training materials
* Assisting trainers with any minor classroom issues, such as tablet allocation and online access to materials
* Supporting customers with administrative items over the phone
* Efficient shared inbox management
* Assisting with other adhoc office duties as needed
About You:
* Passionate about customer service
* Previous RTO administration experience preferred
* Experienced using M365 Office, including SharePoint
* Excellent time management, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Proactive and able to take initiative on new and efficient ways of working
* Strong ability and desire to learn
* Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
