Job Overview:
This newly formed district-wide position plays a crucial role in implementing and governing smart infusion devices, developing a district-wide smart pump library, and collaborating with clinicians to roll out these devices across the region.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement experience, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. They will also have clinical experience relevant to safe practices for intravenous medication administration and fluids.
Key responsibilities include coordinating changes to the medication library dataset and pump configurations, as well as completing quality improvement activities and service redesign processes.
* Bonus points are given to candidates with experience working with smart pumps or implementing new technology into hospital environments.
About the Position:
This full-time opportunity offers a sustainable healthcare environment, proximity to shopping services, monthly allocated days off, four weeks' annual leave (pro-rata), and salary packaging options up to $11,600 plus novated leasing.
