About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Coastal Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Ports & Maritime group, you will be responsible for reviewing projects, developing concept designs, and contributing to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring high-quality project deliverables are met on time.
* Develop advanced technical skills, providing expert advice and analysis to meet client requirements and technical standards.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contributors to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Contribute to the commercial success of projects and the team through effective business development and planning.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A Bachelor's Degree (Engineering) or equivalent.
* Membership of Engineers Australia and CPEng, RPEQ qualifications.
* Over 15 years' experience in coastal engineering, design, delivery, and project management.
* Strong consulting and client management skills.
* Business planning, budgeting, and commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse environment.
