About this rare opportunity
You will be responsible for the successful management of a premium portfolio of approximately 70 properties end to end (outsourced new ingoings) that will grow and be capped at 80. Whilst there is a lot of support on hand, our client is seeking someone who can confidently perform all associated tasks.
Responsibilities will include
* Quarterly routine inspections
* Final bond inspections and process
* Coordinate maintenance
* Liaise with all Owners, Tenants and Contractors
* NO BDM or TRUST

Essential
* Current WA Property Management or Sales Registration
* Valid WA drivers license
