- Role: Full time permanent (76 hours per fortnight)
- Setting: Not for Profit aged care in Central Coast
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full clinical supervision of the aged care facility, ensuring high‑quality care delivery and adherence to best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date clinical documentation, including care plans, assessments, and incident reports, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct training programs, offer ongoing guidance, and mentor care staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with the Facility Manager and leadership team to ensure consistent adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards and organizational policies.
- Implement and monitor safe work practices, ensuring all staff comply with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements to maintain a safe workplace for residents and staff.
Key Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aged care, with proven clinical leadership.
- Exceptional clinical assessment and planning skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in care management systems and technology.
