Job Overview
The role of a Test Administrator involves delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the security of exam delivery environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to work effectively in a quiet testing environment.
Candidates with prior experience in customer service and/or proctoring/invigilating exams will be well-suited for this position. They should be comfortable working various shifts across weekdays and weekends, as well as sitting for extended periods of time.
* Provide high-quality customer service and maintain secure exam delivery environments.
* Adhere to established testing procedures and company policies at all times.
* Verify candidates' identification against test registrations and assist them in preparing for testing.
* Explain exam procedures and monitor/proctor candidates during the testing process.
* Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical issues and escalate any policy breaches to relevant personnel.
* Perform light cleaning duties (e.g., sanitizing keyboards) after each examination session.
Requirements
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Minimum one year of customer service experience is preferred.
* Experience in proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable.
* Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is expected.
* Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds independently, as well as work comfortably in a quiet testing environment and hear soft voices from a distance.
