Our Opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Deputy Fund Manager to join our Sydney team. Reporting to the Fund Manager, you will assist with the day‐to‐day management of MWOF (Mirvac Wholesale Office Fund) and play a key role in delivering long‐term value for investors. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to strategic decision‐making and support the execution of transactions, reporting and investor engagement.
This is a broad, high‐impact role that provides exposure across fund strategy, capital management, transactions and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with delivering the Fund Strategy in line with investment objectives and investor expectations
* Support the day‐to‐day management of the Fund, leveraging Mirvac's broader platform and capability
* Represent investor financial interests across co‐owned assets and decision‐making forums
* Assist with maximising long‐term investor returns while managing risk appropriately
* Support investor engagement, including regular communications and reporting
* Assist with Board reporting, recommendations and approvals
* Oversee financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting and portfolio analysis
* Support the assessment and execution of acquisitions, divestments and developments
* Contribute to refinancing, funding initiatives and capital management activities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholdersIdentify and implement improvements to processes, products or ways of working
About you
You bring a minimum of seven years' experience in investment or funds management, ideally within a medium to large real estate organisation, and a proven ability to deliver outcomes in complex environments. You are confident engaging with investors and senior stakeholders, combining strong relationship skills with commercial judgement and discretion.
With tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Economics or Business, you demonstrate advanced financial modelling capability, sharp analytical thinking and well‐developed commercial acumen. Known for your clear communication and attention to detail, you thrive on balancing competing priorities and collaborate naturally with others, consistently role‐modelling Mirvac's values.
