We are seeking a part-time Pathology Collector to join our dedicated team within Wyndham Vale, Victoria. This position suits self‐motivated individuals with a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a strong focus on outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
* Collect blood and other samples from patients.
* Attend to the care, storage and processing of pathology specimens.
* Handle paperwork and associated clerical duties to ensure all details are correct in a timely manner.
* Work alone and participate in weekday and weekend shifts across any of our collection centres.
Qualifications
* Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection or relevant industry experience.
* Exceptional customer service skills both in person and over the telephone.
* Sound clinical knowledge.
* Ability to communicate effectively with the collections team, doctors, patients and other stakeholders.
* Current Driver's License.
* Right to work in Australia.
