Integrity Staffing – Procurement and Contracts Officer
Provides general support to business areas in the planning, formation, contract management and review of low‐risk commercial agreements.
Monitors business compliance with the Procurement Act 2020 (WA) and all other applicable procurement and contract management Acts, Regulations, Standards and requirements.
Assists the Procurement and Contract Managers to define organisational procurement needs and development of quality procurement and contract management documentation.
Liaises with disciplines and business areas and suppliers/contractors in order to ensure planning, contract development, renewals, extensions and variations are processed as per policy requirements and the Forward Procurement Plan.
Maintains complete and accurate contract records and registers for sites, including data entry in the Procurement and Development Management System (PDMS), in line with record‐keeping requirements.
Contributes to the development of procurement policies, standards, process improvements and guidelines.
Maintains a client focus on service delivery including client contact and management.
Contract Development and Management
* Develops and manages allocated low risk contracts in accordance with all applicable Acts, Regulations and Standards and requirements.
* Liaises with contract users, service providers and other internal and external stakeholders, and incorporates input into contract development and the management of the contract.
* Monitors vendor performance, including contract expenditure, including resolving low risk contract issues.
* Maintains appropriate communication and working relationships with relevant government and non‐government agencies, consumers, carers, consumer groups and other stakeholders to ensure services meet established targets.
Administrative
* Undertakes research and policy analysis into relevant issues as required for the development of appropriate contracts.
* Drafts and prepares correspondence, contract meeting minutes, reports and other correspondence as required.
* Represents PCM on committees and working groups as required.
Other
* Participates in Performance Planning and Review.
* Performs other duties as directed.
