Procare's Factual Investigation Division is seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in South Australia.
As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you – this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day!
The Role
* Attend various locations, predominantly within Adelaide and a proportion of work across SA
* Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner
* Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties
* Prepare and draft factual reports
About You
* Hold a Certificate III in Investigations
* Hold a current and valid Investigation Agent Licence
* Hold a Business Investigation Agent Licence if operating as a subcontractor
* Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and are self‐motivated to meet deadlines
