Job Summary:
Maxlife Care seeks a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to clients in the community. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a clinical role and possess strong communication skills.
About the Role:
The successful applicant will undertake a variety of general nursing duties, including client assessment, medication management, and care planning. They will work collaboratively with the Operations Team to achieve clinical strategic objectives and promote a continuous improvement program to ensure standards of care are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Operations Team to achieve clinical strategic objectives;
- Promote a continuous improvement program to ensure standards of care are upheld;
- Develop and review new and existing relevant protocols;
- Provide relevant care and clinical training to ensure staff competence;
- Attend to participants/clients as and when required to deliver specific clinical care/interventions;
- Review and analyze incident reports in conjunction with the Head of Risk;
Requirements:
- Be an AHPRA registered nurse with no restrictions;
- Post Graduate qualifications in a relevant field and minimum 2 years' experience working in a clinical role will be advantageous;
- Experience working in the community setting;
- Current Driver's license;
- Possess strong focus on person-centered, exceptional care and a commitment to quality client outcomes;
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management;
