Position Summary
Counsellor/Group Facilitator – Parenting Orders ProgramTerm: Permanent part‐time (4 days per week)Location: BundabergRemuneration: $51 per hour plus Super and NFP salary packaging.
Responsibilities
* Provide assessment, counselling, psychoeducation and referrals to parents.
* Co‐facilitate the Business of Parenting group sessions.
* Support children and families through referrals and collaborative case work.
* Complete risk assessments and safety planning for individuals experiencing domestic and family violence.
* Follow organisational processes and procedures to manage client risk as part of case management.
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver client services.
Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or Behavioural Science from a recognised tertiary institution.
* Eligibility for membership with the APS, AASW or PACFA.
* Current Queensland Driver's Licence.
* Suitability Card for Child Related Employment (Blue Card).
* Willingness to undergo a criminal history check.
