The opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Reception and Bookings Officer to join our team, delivering responsive customer service and providing administrative support to the Cairns Wellbeing Centre.
Responsibilities
* Deliver responsive customer service to patients and families.
* Provide administrative support to the Cairns Wellbeing Centre.
What you will bring
* Experience working alongside First Nations people/communities on activities, partnerships or initiatives.
* Experience working in an office, hotel or health workplace providing administrative support and reception services.
* High level of communication and customer service skills.
* Sound level of computer literacy in a variety of software packages, particularly Microsoft applications, and experience with a reservations management system desirable.
* Experience in handling financial transactions.
* Time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure with sound attention to detail.
* Current employee Blue Card and driver's licence.
