**Senior Claims Consultant: A Strategic Risk Management Role**
The successful candidate will provide full claims management support from start to finish, serving as a subject matter expert and offering training and support to colleagues. This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in legal or insurance claims consulting. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering results and providing excellent customer service.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing claims across a range of risk classes, including property, public liability, and professional indemnity. You will also collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure open communication and maintain relationships with insurers and the global network.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing claims from start to finish, including reserving and investigating initial claims, timely lodgement, and claim lifecycle management.
* Providing advice to clients on claim mitigation and management, as well as presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintaining and building relationships with insurers and the global network.
* Collaborating with colleagues and management to ensure open communication and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
* A strong background in legal or insurance claims consulting, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
* Strong prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.
