The Group Account Director is a senior leader in the business, working to form close relationships with a variety of key clients across the group, ensuring the work we deliver is best-in‐class.
Responsibilities
* Ensure our wide range of clients have the best possible experience working with Jack Nimble
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with senior and high profile client stakeholders and agency villages
* Building high performing accounts teams that deliver smooth campaign delivery of work through the strategic, creative and production process
* Understand clients' business problems and needs, and develop insightful strategies to help them achieve their objectives through creative work
* Work with the business partners and senior leaders to grow revenue with clients, increase retention and onboard new clients
* Work with senior leaders to build the account service department, identifying who and what is needed to properly service our clients
* Spearhead the client briefing process with key clients – taking briefs, interrogating them, working with internal teams to write creative briefs, and agreeing on timelines
* Collaborate with creative team to ensure responses deliver on brief
* Collaborate with production team to ensure work meets agreed deliverables, timelines, budgets and are fit for channel
* Build relationships with the wider Sparro and Brainlabs team, identifying the right new business opportunities with their clients and championing integration between the two businesses.
* Maintain a best-in‐class approach to, and knowledge of wide variety of marketing channels across social, digital and traditional channels
* Lead select new business opportunities and identify cross-sell opportunities for the various offerings with Jack Nimble and the Group
* Keep your finger on the pulse of all things advertising, digital, and social, looking for trends and growth opportunities for the business
Skills
* Highly‐effective and confident client, stakeholder and staff management skills; including the ability to plan and host client and staff workshops, pitches and meetings.
* Strong experience and leadership working in inter‐agency teams across creative, media, PR, experiential and more. Always championing collaboration but also looking out for the best interests of Jack Nimble.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal and multi‐level leadership skills.
* An advanced ability to independently plan, strategise, and mobilise to achieve a project.
* A strong understanding of forecasting and financial rigour to support business growth.
* Awareness of all digital channels and their respective best‐in‐class content.
* Positive and collaborative attitude, no matter the team or client.
