This is a key leadership role withCollege-wide responsibility forpedagogy, instructionalqualityand teacher development (K–12), working under the leadership of the Assistant Principal.
This position includes a teaching load, with0.4 FTE provided as ReliefFromFace-to-Face (RFF)to undertake leadership responsibilities.
About the Role
* Lead the implementation of the College's pedagogical framework, The Art and Science of Teaching (ASOT) across K–12
* Provide leadership of teaching practice, instructional quality and evidence-informed pedagogy
* Drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning through coaching, observation and feedback
* Lead professional learning, mentoring and teacher development initiatives
* Work closely with Heads of Primary and Secondary to embed consistent teaching practice
* Partner with the Head of Studies to ensure strong alignment between curriculum, assessment and pedagogy
The Successful Applicant Will Have
* A personal Christian faith, active church involvement, and alignment with the College's Statement of Faith
* Demonstratedexpertisein pedagogy, instructionalcoachingand teaching practice
* Experience leading or supporting whole-school teaching and learning improvement
* Strong capability in mentoring, coaching and professional learning design
* Knowledge of curriculum and assessment practices across K–12
* Current NSW Teacher Accreditation and Working with Children Check
Salary & Conditions
This full-time position willcommencein January 2027.
The salary isin accordance withthe NSW Christian Schools Teaching Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement, including a Position of Responsibility (POR) Allowance – Level 2.
The commencing salary for this role is expected to be circa $155,000, inclusive of base salary and POR allowance,commensuratewith experience.
