We're looking for a Recruitment Lead who's hands-on, driven, and ready to make an impact.
This role is perfect for someone with a hospitality background who thrives on sourcing exceptional talent. The primary focus will be recruiting casual staff for non-clinical hospitality positions within the Aged Care sector—from screening and interviewing through to onboarding. While recruiting in Aged Care remains a key priority, especially during peak event seasons, you'll also support recruitment for general hospitality roles across a diverse client base. If you enjoy variety and fast-paced environments, this opportunity offers just that.
Your Role
* Source, screen, and work with the staffing team to place candidates efficiently and effectively
* Compliance chase through onboarding process
* Share insights on successes and areas for improvement
* Work with the team to boost recruitment campaigns and improve results
* Enhance recruitment ads, channels, and messaging for maximum impact
What You Bring
* Proven experience in hospitality or fast-paced industry recruitment
* End to end recruitment experience in Aged Care advantageous in non-clinical roles
* Strong communication skills via phone and in person
* Excellent administration skills, experience with Work It advantageous, not necessary
