Overview
Hybrid work environment. Max-term contract until 30 June 2027.
This role is part of the Reserve Bank of Australia's Payments Operations Program, which leads work to strengthen the Operation of RITS, Australia's real‐time gross settlement system, and other critical national payments infrastructure.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of the RITS Operating Model and Knowledge Management workstreams.
* Carry out business analysis and project coordination tasks.
* Collaborate with the broader POP team, external professional services firm, and staff in Payments Settlements, IT, RM, EPMO, Procurement and Knowledge departments.
* Engage with executive, delivery and support teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise and experience in business analysis or research roles.
* Stakeholder engagement and communication across executive, delivery and support teams.
* Experience working in cross‐functional teams including IT, operations, risk and compliance.
* Strong communication and writing skills with proven stakeholder management experience.
* Ability to prioritise and work in a deadline‐oriented environment.
* Team player capable of working with multiple collaborative teams.
* Familiarity with banking or payment systems desirable.
