About the Role
Join a dynamic team as the Lead of our Change & Communications Chapter where you'll play a pivotal role in uplifting capability, driving consistency, and fostering excellence of the chapter across Information Technology Services (ITS). With deep expertise and proven track record in business or organisational change management in an agile delivery environment, you'll mentor and develop Chapter members, create and champion best practices, and ensure alignment across squads and streams of work.
As a strategic advisor to senior leaders and a key contributor to organisational transformation, you'll help shape the future and accelerate delivery of adoption and business value.
