Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the successful delivery of major projects. This role is ideal for someone confident in contract administration, procurement, financial control and supporting project teams across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, including preparing scopes of work and tender documentation.
* Prepare, review and administer construction contracts in line with head contract requirements.
* Support project teams with cost control, forecasting, budget reviews and financial reporting.
* Assess, process and manage subcontractor claims, variations, invoices and EOTs.
* Prepare and submit head contract progress claims and ensure timely resolution of payment issues.
* Monitor subcontractor performance against scope, program, quality and safety requirements.
* Maintain registers (including concrete and reinforcement), procurement schedules and off-site activity tracking.
* Coordinate planning and programming activities in line with project delivery timelines.
* Assist in WHSE, environmental and traffic management plan compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A competent CA with experience on large scale projects.
* Experience across either residential, Commercial or Industrial.
* Confidence using the following systems; CHEOPS, ProcurePro, Payapps, Aconex and Microsoft Project.
* Tertiary Degree in Building management, QS or equivalent.
* 3+ Years post grad experience.
* Perm visa holders only.
* Australian market experience.
