The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Group Parts Manager to lead our Parts Departments across the Central Coast Motor Group network.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational efficiency, profitability, inventory management, team performance, and customer satisfaction across the group.
You will work closely with dealership leadership teams to ensure the Parts Departments operate at the highest level while continuing to grow sales, maximise profitability, and deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the Parts Departments across the group.
Develop and implement department goals and objectives aligned with annual budgets and business targets.
Drive sales growth while effectively controlling departmental expenses.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Ensure high levels of customer service and support are consistently delivered.
Recruit, mentor, train, and develop Parts Department staff.
Conduct regular department meetings and performance reviews.
Maintain balanced inventory levels to meet customer and workshop requirements.
Monitor inventory control processes and stock management performance.
Maintain strong employee morale, accountability, and workplace culture.
Work collaboratively with Service and Sales Departments to maximise overall dealership performance.
What We're Looking For
Previous automotive Parts Management or senior Parts leadership experience.
Strong Parts Interpretation knowledge and experience.
Excellent inventory control and business management skills.
Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Experience with computer-based inventory management systems.
A proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
Current NSW Class C Driver Licence (Manual & Automatic).
Permanent work rights in Australia with no restrictions.
