We are currently seeking a sales driven and customer focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full time basis.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Welcoming and assisting customers in renting vehicles based on their preferences and needs
* Accurately and efficiently processing rental agreements
* Promoting and upselling additional products and services
* Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
* Achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets
* Inspecting vehicles before and after rental periods, noting any damages
* Maintaining knowledge of current promotions, services, and products to assist with sales efforts
* Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Detailed and cleaning vehicles to business quality standards
* Refuelling and transporting vehicles
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
* Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail
* Car rental experience is highly desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
* Confidence using computer systems and technology
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays
* Full working rights in Australia (current and ongoing)
* A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
