You Didn't Become a PT to Pay Rent or Chase Ghosts.
You got into this to coach, to change lives, and to help people who actually need it.
Not to: pay $300/week for cold‐calling strangers, chase leads who ghost your texts after you spent hours prepping their free session, beg people on Instagram to book a consult they'll cancel minutes before, or play marketer, salesperson, accountant, and admin while trying to remember why you became a trainer.
Most trainers burn out in 6 months because the business side kills them before they ever get good at coaching.

What You Actually Get

* Coachable – you take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.

* Accountable – you own mistakes, fix them, and don't blame the gym, the client, or the weather.
Qualifications
* Certificate III & IV in Fitness (or finishing soon)
* First Aid, CPR, WWCC ready
* Strength‐focused training for real people
* Ready to build something that lasts
