About the Role
MPK is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team based the Surat Basin, QLD on a 19:9 roster. The successful candidate will have a proactive and reliable work ethic accompanied by a commitment towards constantly improving your skills. Strong communication skills will see you excel in this position!
You will assist with a range of duties including:
* Facilitating the development and collation of month reports for internal and external release
* Assist with the company onboarding and induction process
* Assist in maintaining online digital platform report system
* Manage the mobilisation of all site personnel including travel and accommodation bookings for Project employees
* Oversee management of camp capacity limits and communications
* Coordinate the management of weekly timesheets for payroll, including collating and coding data
* Assist Project team with procurement activities where required including raising purchase orders, coding of invoices and placing stationery orders for site offices
* Manage adhoc administrative support duties as directed by Project Management Team
* Assist with cost reconciliations where required including Visa Card statements, receipting and supplying relevant information to Accounts Payable for processing
* Maintain and manage various spreadsheets and reporting data in line with project requirements
* Assist with other site duties as required
