o Account Management: Build strong customer relationships, reconnect with inactive clients, and explore new sales opportunities.
o Problem-Solving & Solutions: Understand your customers and offer the right products and advice to support their success.
o Stay Informed: Keep up with product updates, market changes, and customer needs.
o Collaborate for Success: Partner with internal teams to provide excellent service.
o Performance Tracking: Help monitor sales activity, budgets and goals.
o Territory: You’ll cover Canberra and surrounding regional NSW – including Dubbo, Griffith and Wagga Wagga. While you’ll report to the Graphic Art Mart branch in North Rocks, you’ll mostly work on the road with just one visit to Sydney a month.
About You:
o Experience: Some sales experience required; signage or related industry experience is a bonus.
o Customer-Focused: Personable and professional, with a passion for helping customers succeed.
o Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, manage your time well, and chase opportunities.
o Willing to Travel: Comfortable driving within the territory – a valid driver’s licence is a must.
o Work Rights: You must be an Australian/NZ citizen or resident.
