Raytheon Australia is seeking a bright and energised Project Officer for its Global Supply Chain (GSC) Program. The Commonwealth‐sponsored initiative connects Australian Defence industry with global markets to create a more sustainable, resilient and competitive sovereign defence capability. This role is a hybrid position based in Mawson Lakes, Australia.
Responsibilities
* Supporting the Program Manager and Industrial Engagement Manager by managing multiple work streams, including Innovation R&D and Industry Training programs.
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating business activities, and performing document reviews and drafting responses.
* Measuring, recording and analysing key program metrics and preparing formal reporting packages for the Commonwealth customer on a periodic basis.
* Preparing presentations and reports for administrators, senior stakeholders and the Commonwealth customer.
* Coordinating Innovation R&D work packages and training program activities.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* Desirable: Bachelor of Business or Project Management degree.
* Excellent time‐management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth.
