Required Skills and Qualifications:

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in plant management, preferably within a process manufacturing environment.

* An understanding of malt production and the malting process or relevant experience in the food sector.

* Proven budgeting and financial management skills, with the ability to prepare and control operational budgets.

* A sound understanding of FSSC22000, ISO 14001, HACCP, OH&S & environmental systems, ensuring compliance and certification.
">
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
">
* Problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on improving processes and productivity.
">
* A highly adaptable individual with a strong capacity for change, able to lead by example.

* Strong leadership skills, with emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate and inspire the team.

* Strong computer literacy, with ERP (SAP) exposure and proficiency in data analysis tools.
