Scope Business Imaging is seeking a reliable, organised, and customer-focused Branch Administrator to join our Karratha team.
This is a key role within our Karratha branch, responsible for supporting the day‐to‐day running of the office, coordinating service calls, assisting customers, supporting technicians, managing parts and consumables, and ensuring administration tasks are completed accurately and on time.
The successful applicant will work closely with our service team, customers, and management to help ensure the branch operates smoothly and professionally.
About the Role
As the Branch Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating branch administration and service support functions for our Karratha operation.
Your duties will include:
* Answering customer enquiries and assisting with service requests
* Logging and scheduling service calls
* Coordinating technician workloads and daily service requirements
* Organising installs, relocations, follow‐up work, and site access requirements
* Assisting with accommodation, travel, inductions, and overnight arrangements where required
* Managing toner, consumables, parts, and branch stock levels
* Ordering parts and consumables as required
* Ensuring job notes, purchase orders, charges, and supporting information are accurate
* Completing invoicing within required timeframes
* Assisting with technician expenses and travel charges
* Maintaining organised records and branch documentation
* Supporting general office and branch upkeep
* Liaising with our Perth, Bunbury, Port Hedland, and management teams
* Helping align Karratha branch procedures with other Scope Business Imaging branches
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy service‐based environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong administration experience
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Good computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office
* Strong attention to detail
* The ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
* A positive and helpful attitude
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good problem‐solving skills
* A willingness to learn company systems and procedures
* Experience in service coordination, scheduling technicians, invoicing, stock control, or working in a trade/service environment would be highly regarded, but is not essential.
